Pregnancy & Postpartum Pelvic Floor Therapy in Midland, Michigan
Your Body Did Something Incredible. Let's Help It Heal.
Leaking, disconnection, and pelvic pain are common after birth — but they're not something you just have to live with. Sierra works one-on-one to help you recover, rebuild, and get back to the life you love.

You Deserve More Than "That's Just Normal"
Leaking is getting in the way of your life
Running, jumping, laughing — and crossing your legs just in case. Leaking with activity shouldn't be the price of having a baby. Many women don't know help is available.
Your core still feels disconnected
Pressure, heaviness, or a core that won't respond the way it used to that disconnect deserves real attention, not a handout of generic exercises and a six-week follow-up.
Intimacy is painful or off the table
Painful intercourse after delivery is rarely talked about but incredibly common. Many postpartum women find that with the right support, comfort and connection are possible again.
Pelvic Floor Therapy Built Around Your Recovery
Every session with Sierra is one-on-one, a full hour, and built around what your body actually needs not a script, not a handout, and not a waiting room full of other patients.

Common Pregnancy & Postpartum Concerns
Whether you're prenatal, newly postpartum, or still carrying symptoms from a birth years ago, these are concerns Sierra commonly works with in one-on-one sessions.
Urinary Leaking - Stress incontinence during pregnancy or after delivery, leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise.
Diastasis Recti - Abdominal separation that affects core stability, posture, and how you feel during activity and daily movement.
C-Section Scar Tightness - Scar tissue that restricts mobility, creates sensitivity, or pulls on surrounding structures after a cesarean delivery.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse - Heaviness or pressure that may develop or worsen during pregnancy or the postpartum period.
Painful Intercourse - Dyspareunia following vaginal or cesarean delivery, a common but rarely discussed postpartum concern.
Birth Preparation - Prenatal therapy to support labor positioning, perineal preparation, and breathing techniques before delivery.
Return to Exercise - Guided support for safely returning to running, lifting, or physical activity after delivery without worsening symptoms.
Postpartum core rebuilding and posture support for everyday movement and recovery.
